I understand that while HairGlow-up-byFranny and staff aim to provide the highest quality service, there are potential riks involved with hair services.  I understand that the salon cannot guarantee specific results and that the outcome may vary depending on my hair type, condition, past treatments, and at-home maintenance.

Refund Policy

No Refunds on services that have been provided.  

There will be a 10% charge for services over $200 or $25 if you do not show up the day of your appointment without previous notice.
